Please read these terms before using this site, registering an account, placing an order or subscribing.

Scope

These terms apply to your use of royaljade.com.tw, operated by Royal Jade Limited Company (Soy Sauce) ("we"), including browsing, registering, ordering and subscribing.
By registering, placing an order or subscribing you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the account and purchase features.
Returns, shipping and fees are described in the Return policy, and how we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Both apply together with these terms.

You must register and sign in to buy (orders and subscriptions). We send a verification code to your email to confirm that the address is yours.
Please give accurate information and keep your password safe. Do not share verification codes with anyone. Actions taken in your account are treated as yours.
Do not use anyone else's details or email address. If an account is misused, impersonates someone, or disrupts the site, we may suspend it.

Prices, specifications and availability are those shown on the site when you submit your order. The amount is calculated by our server using the prices and shipping fee at that time; the order number and total you see are the terms of that order.
After you submit an order, the system issues an order number and sends a confirmation email to your member email. We ship once your payment has succeeded.
Before you pay, you can edit quantities and delivery details or cancel the order under My orders. Once an order has entered the payment process, been paid or shipped, it cannot be changed online; please call or email us.
Quantities are limited. If an item is paused or out of stock we will reject the order. If a confirmed order cannot be supplied on time, see the out-of-stock and delay terms in the Return policy.

Orders can be paid by credit card or ATM virtual account. After you submit an order, choose a payment method on the order confirmation page or under My orders; you will be taken to the payment page of ECPay. Once payment succeeds, the system confirms it automatically and we arrange shipping; there is nothing to report.
If payment is not completed within 3 days of placing the order, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released (if you have an ATM virtual account, after its payment deadline passes). If you still want the items, please place a new order.
Card details are entered only on ECPay’s payment page and never pass through or are stored on our site. An ATM virtual account has a payment deadline; after it expires you need to get new payment details.
Subscriptions are currently paid by ATM bank transfer. Transfer details appear on the subscription confirmation and lookup pages; after transferring, report the last five digits of the sending account, and we reserve your slots and arrange shipping once we have checked the payment.
We will never ask for card numbers, passwords or verification codes by phone, text message or email.

A subscription is a set of products and quantities you choose to receive each time, with a delivery cycle (monthly, every two months or quarterly) and a number of deliveries (3, 6 or 12).
There are two payment options: prepay the whole term for 5% off and free shipping on every delivery, or pay per delivery at the regular price plus shipping each time; from the second delivery we notify you separately before shipping.
No quota is reserved before payment. After we confirm payment we reserve your quota and schedule the expected dates. Because brewing volume varies, expected dates may change and we will tell you.

The text, photographs, images, trademarks and logos on this site belong to Royal Jade Limited Company (Soy Sauce) or their respective owners.
Please do not copy, adapt, distribute or use them commercially without our written consent. Sharing a link for personal use is fine.

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If maintenance, networks or third-party services cause a temporary outage, we will restore service as soon as we can.
Product descriptions and cooking suggestions are for reference; flavor varies by batch and brewing time.
Nothing here excludes liability we have under consumer protection or other applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion; if that fails, the Pingtung District Court in Taiwan is the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and continued use means you accept them. An order already placed is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
